Introduction...As Real Estate Agent / Negotiator

After long years involved in accounting, today I started build up my career as Real Estate Negotiator. I just got my REN tag as REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATOR (REN) @ Icon Capital Property Sdn Bhd. Now I'm surrounded with great people who support each other in this industry.

The process of selling / buying a property is very important that needs to be understood by the property owner as well as the buyer. If by mistake or negligence, it will give significant impact to owners or buyers. REGISTERED Real Estate Agent / Negotiator is important to avoid any problem / hassle in selling / buying property. The agent will explain and take care all process during sales and purchase of property.

However sometimes we meet the wrong person who use trick to fool us. Here's some examples of property fraud:-
